We are happy to provide you with a bathrobe during your stay. You can find a bathrobe size M or XL in your closet.
The nearest cash machine is located five minutes from the hotel. Our reception team is at your disposal to inform you about the nearest banks and their opening hours.
Our Bloom bar/lounge is open daily. You will find more details to our live music events on website www.bloom.ch.
The blinds can be lowered with the arrow buttons. They only work when your key card is inserted into the slot of the box in the room entrance area.
The breakfast buffet is served in our restaurant from Monday to Friday from 6.30 a.m. until 10.00 a.m., Saturdays and Sundays from 7.00 a.m. until 10.00 a.m.
Additionally, we serve breakfast to your room daily until 11.00 a.m. To order please call our restaurant 30 minutes in advance and let them know your wishes. The extension number is 365 or “The dish”-Icon.
With the public transport you can reach any destination in the city and agglomeration quickly and comfortably by periodical connections every 10 minutes.
Right in front of the hotel is the bus stop “Obertor” of the lines 1, 5 and 14, which takes you to the train station in 4 minutes (“Kurzstrecken”-ticket at app. CHF 2.80). A one-day ticket costs CHF 8.40
Check-Out is until 12.00 a.m. on the day of departure. If you would like to check out after 12.00 a.m. please contact our reception.

If you need some documents faxed please contact our reception. If you need some documents printed out please send them to email@example.com and we will print them for you. Due to security reasons, no hotel employee is allowed to plug in external data carriers on any hotel PCs.
All our rooms have soundproofed windows and are connected to our central fresh air system. The room temperature can be regulated individually with the operating device at the entrance of the room. To switch off the ventilation (floor 1 to 4) please press the button

Do you need a shirt or blouse ironed before the next meeting? Please contact the reception. We will be happy to help you. Alternatively, we can lend you an iron and ironing board.

We are happy to clean and care for your laundry. You will receive a laundry bag as well as a list with the prices at the reception. Please deliver the laundry to be cleaned to the reception before 9.00 a.m., it will be returned the same evening.
Clothes for dry cleaning are given out. Please arrange the return time with the reception. Dry cleaning is closed on weekends and public holidays.
Next to the room entrance, you will find a little white box. While you stay in the room, your key card needs to be inserted into the slot of this box to provide your room with electricity. Once you pull out the key card, the lights will automatically turn off after thirty seconds.
The towels are changed when they are on the floor or in the shower. We change the bed linen on the third night. On request we change your linen daily.

Our refreshments in the mini-bar are for free. The mini-bar is located in the cupboard and is refilled daily. Other drinks for the mini-bar will be charged additionally. If you prefer other drinks or snacks, we are pleased to welcome you at our Bar Bloom or please contact our room service extension 365 or the “dish”-Icon.
You prefer to listen to your own music or would you like to see your documents or pictures on a large screen? Behind the screen on your left hand side, you will find a USB connector (valid for mp3, jpg or divx).
You will find a range of newspapers in the hotel-lobby.
If you like to speak to another guest in the hotel, please dial the 3-digit room number directly. To call the rooms on the ground floor, please dial 5 plus the 2-digit room number/ e.g.: room number 15 = 515).

The pillows on your bed are made of a 100% quality feathers. If you are allergic to down feathers or simply like another type of pillow, the following options are available upon request:ergonomic pillow, combi pillow, spelt pillow.
If you like a second pillow or blanket, we will deliver it to your room. Please contact our reception.
Our restaurant Bloom is located on the ground floor and open daily from 6.30 a.m. to 11.30 pm.
Hot dishes: 11.00 a.m. till 2.00 p.m., 6.00 till 09.30 p.m.
Snacks at the bar: 2.00 p.m. till 10.30 p.m.
We are happy to book a table for you in our restaurant or to take your room service order. Please call the restaurant on extension 365 or the “Dish”-Icon.
For drinks or snacks between 11.00 a.m. and 10.30 p.m. you will find our room service menu on the main menu.
Do you have valuables with you, which you would like to lock in? All our rooms are equipped with a safe, which you will find in the closet. The safe is locked by entering a digit code. If you do not want to leave your valuables in the room, you have the possibility to lock them in the main safe at the reception.
The sauna is at your free disposal. Take the elevator at the end of the corridor to the basement (“K1” button).
If you wish to use the sauna, please contact the reception 30 minutes in advance, so we can preheat it for you.
Do you wish to travel comfortably from A to B? We are pleased to order a taxi for you. Please contact the reception – extension 111 or TAXI button.
The drive to the airport Zurich Kloten takes 20 to 30 minutes and costs CHF 80 to 100.
The drive to the Winterthur train station costs about CHF 10.
We offer a choice of over 110 TV channels and 100 radio stations in various languages.
Please press List on your remote control to see a detailed list of all channels.
For Radio channels please press TV/Radio to switch between TV and Radio channels.
Umbrellas are at your disposal at the front desk. If you are interested to buy one, please ask our front desk team.
You are very welcome to park your car in our garage in the basement. The parking fee is CHF 15 per night. You will receive the access card at the front desk.

You can also set your wake-up time in the TV by pressing the button MENU you can set the alarm time 24h in advance.
