Our receptionists are on site for you every day from 06.30 to 22.00. Outside of these hours, the security staff are at your disposal (can be contacted by telephone).

Yes, we have a restaurant with a terrace and garden as well as a bar. Our kitchen crew will be happy to spoil you with delicious dishes and the bar staff with iconic cocktails.

We have a limited number of outdoor parking spaces, which are available to our hotel and restaurant guests free of charge. You can book a garage parking space for an extra charge. There is also a public multi-storey car park on the opposite side.

Check-in is possible from 2 pm, check-out until 12 noon.

The Park Hotel Winterthur is pet-friendly. You are welcome to bring your well-behaved four-legged companion with you to the hotel and restaurant. Please make a note of this when making your reservation.

We serve our hearty breakfast from Monday to Friday from 6.30 am to 10 am and Saturday and Sunday from 7 am to 10 am.

By car: The hotel is 15 minutes from Zurich-Kloten Airport and 20 minutes from Zurich city centre. Public transport: From Winterthur main station, take bus number 1, 5 or 7 and get off at the Obertor stop.

Your digital key is in the Straiv web app. Log in with your booking number or use the online check-in that you received by email.
The digital key requires access to your GPS data. You can then open your room and the main entrance simply
